Authentic antique primitive handmade wooden make-do tote featuring a beautifully aged dry surface, rich honey-colored patina, and classic center divider with turned wood carrying handle. This lightweight utility tote was discovered in a barn and displays the honest wear that collectors seek in early farmhouse pieces.
Originally built for everyday farm or household use, this versatile tote now makes a wonderful decorative accent in primitive, rustic, country, or farmhouse interiors. It is equally attractive displayed on a kitchen island, dining table, pantry shelf, or coffee table filled with seasonal décor, antique linens, dried flowers, candles, or vintage collectibles.
The construction shows the simplicity and craftsmanship of early handmade utility pieces, with naturally worn edges, oxidized fasteners, and decades of authentic use that cannot be reproduced.

Vintage & Antique Statement
Thank you for considering one of my carefully selected vintage or antique treasures. I specialize in authentic pieces that have lived a full life before finding their way to my shop. Because of their age, these items should be expected to display the honest signs of time and use that make them unique—such as patina, finish wear, fading, scratches, dings, minor imperfections, age-related discoloration, or other characteristics consistent with decades of history. I make every effort to provide clear photographs, accurate descriptions, and note any significant condition issues; however, no vintage or antique item should be expected to present or perform like a newly manufactured product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that normal age-related wear and variations are part of the character and authenticity of vintage and antique pieces. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing, as I am always happy to provide additional information.
